Back in 2016, two years into my printmaking journey, I started becoming keenly aware of the technical challenges of this medium. I loved it! But there were so many variables - paper type, ink, printing damp or dry, by hand or with a press… experimenting with everything seemed impossible.

So I reached out to many of my favourite printmakers for their advice. With incredible generosity, artists like Laura Boswell, Sherrie York, Dave Lefner and many more responded with details about how they each make their beautiful, handmade works. I’ve compiled their answers into a small e-book (click to read).
